Tenant Documents

Using the Tenant Portal, tenants always have direct access to certain documents relating to their tenancy and the property they're renting.

On the Tenant Portal, tenants can see:

  • Gas certificates
  • Electrical certificates
  • PAT certificates
  • Tenancy contract documents
  • Tenancy inventory documents
  • All property documents of type "Manual"
