How To Upgrade to Prospector Pro
Once you've created a free account and realised how valuable Property Prospector is for researching and organising your next property purchase, you'll want to upgrade to access all the great features, including:
- Unlimited investment scenarios
- Unlimited listing and area searches
- Unlimited downloadable PDF property reports
- Unlimited access to planning application data
- Planning application alert emails
- Full prospect CRM facilities - record viewings, offers and follow-up reminders
Subscribing to Prospector Pro
You can manage your PaTMa subscriptions from your Account page. To navigate to this page:
- Login to your PaTMa account
- Click on "Profile" in the top navigation bar (right hand side)
- Click on "Account" in the lower navigation bar
From your Account page you can view your current subscription, upgrade or change your subscription or cancel a current subscription.
To upgrade from a free account:
- In the "Property Prospector" panel choose the "Prospector Pro ..." subscription button for the subscription type you wish to purchase
- Check the subscription summary is correct
- Complete your card details (number, expiry, CVC and postcode)
- Click Subscribe
It may take a few minutes for your new subscription to be processed and show in your account.
